Cool Lotto Purpose

CoolLotto is a simple but effective gaming tool. It allows to analyze intended lotto numbers, and see how likely they are to be drawn. The program uses two statistical coefficients developed for this purpose (called: the Punch and the Spread). The coefficients inform the player about the hidden regularities within the selected numbers. Both Punch and Spread increase in value if the selected numbers are more likely to be the winners.

Any person who is faced with the empty lotto ticket has that nagging feeling that some number combinations are more likely than the others. Moreover, one does not wish to fill the combinations that other players are filling in numbers.
To address these issues CoolLotto has been created.
The program applies advanced statistical methods to the number combinations selected by the user, and tries to estimate the level of their relative randomness, as well as the likelihood that the other players selected the same lot.

Firstly, are your numbers really random?

The program looks at the numbers and evaluates any apparent patterns. If you put the numbers in one region of the board at least one of the statistical coefficients displayed by the program will be of small value (low probability of winning)

Secondly, are your numbers really unique?

If you include some pattern hidden in your selection other players are likely to do the same. The program will inform you about it by decreasing the value of the associated coefficients.
The coefficients are scaled to be within the 0 to 100 range. 0 denoting a very regular pattern, 100 a random one, which is much more likely to be unique and winning.
